Good morning stitchers!!!  It’s really beautiful here in Northwest Ohio this morning.  It snowed through the night and laid a pristine blanket across the landscape.  When the sun shone on it there were diamonds everywhere.  I do love snow, ya know!

It’s about four weeks from Easter and that gives plenty of time to counted cross stitch a couple of eggs.  I’ll put one chart here today and another on Friday.  These are very simple patterns and would lend themselves well to plastic canvas for your egg tree or perforated card stock for a special Easter card.

I’ve included both the virtual stitches and the symbol chart because I sometimes find it easier to stitch from the the colored chart.  It really doesn’t matter if one uses green and yellow floss but the egg looks best when there are contrasting colors.
